Initially, Mom saw this book on @me.mels IG account, around 2016-2017. This book was the result of a Room to Read (RtR) workshop and unfortunately it wasn't for sale at that time. In fact, Mom was always interested in picture books by Indonesian writers and/or illustrators. So, she wondered, why the book was not for sale?

Fortunately, this book was finally available in bookstores in 2018. In a hurry, Mom took it from the bookstore shelves and put it on her shopping bag. Like finding a treasure, the result of patiently waiting is indeed very sweet.

The story is quite familiar. People who has a small child and was once a child would know, the excitement of looking for children and having an 'adventure' in the supermarket.

Lopi and her father visited a new supermarket to shop. While looking for items to buy, Lopi saw other children who were playing. When engrossed in playing, Lopi did not realize that she was separated from his father.

Sabio also likes to play in supermarkets. Mom often frantically searches for him when they were suddenly separated. Fortunately, Sabio now likes to call out to his mom if he realizes that her mom isn't on his side. Like Lopi.

Awalnya, Mama melihat buku ini di akun IG @me.mels, sekitar tahun 2016-2017. Buku ini merupakan hasil dari workshop Room to Read (RtR) dan sayangnya tidak diperjualbelikan pada waktu itu. Padahal, Mama selalu tertarik dengan buku cerita bergambar buatan penulis dan/atau ilustrator Indonesia. Rasanya gemes banget, kok nggak dijual ya....
.
Untungnya, buku ini akhirnya tersedia di toko-toko buku di tahun 2018. Buru-buru deh, Mama langsung comot dari rak toko buku. Bagai nemu harta karun, hasil dari sabar menanti itu memang terasa manis sekali.

Ceritanya cukup familiar, yang punya anak kecil dan pernah jadi anak kecil pasti tahu deh, hebohnya cari-cari anak dan "berpetualang" di supermarket.

Lopi dan Ayahnya berkunjung ke supermarket baru untuk berbelanja. Saat mencari barang-barang untuk dibeli, Lopi melihat anak-anak lain yang sedang bermain. Ketika asyik bermain, Lopi tidak menyadari bahwa ia terpisah dari sang Ayah.

Sabio juga suka sekali bermain di supermarket. Mama sering deg-degan mencari kalau dia tiba-tiba terpisah. Untungnya sekarang Sabio suka teriak-teriak panggil Mamanya kalau dia sadar Mamanya nggak ada. Seperti Lopi.
