A smile appears on Sabio's face while Mom is reading the book loudly. Although it's not the first time for him to listen to the story, Sabio still looks excited. He said that he knows that some part is impossible but he keeps saying, "It's Monas, Mom! Ilo is flying over Monas!".⁣⁣

Even though this book hasn't had an ISBN, Mom loves the way it feels on Mom's hands. Its cover, binding, and pages, all its surfaces feels right and comfortable. Two thumbs up for its material quality and for its design.⁣⁣

Moreover, its watercolour illustrations are well matched with the story, also with the main characters. Giving boyish vibes.⁣⁣

Senyum muncul di wajah Sabio saat Mama membaca buku dengan keras. Walaupun ini bukan pertama kalinya baginya untuk mendengarkan cerita ini, Sabio masih terlihat bersemangat. Ia mengatakan bahwa dia tahu bahwa beberapa bagian tidak mungkin terjadi tetapi dia terus berkata, "Ini Monas, Ma! Ilo terbang di atas Monas!".⁣

Meskipun buku ini belum memiliki ISBN, Mama sangat menyukai bagaimana buku ini terasa di tangan Mama. Sampulnya, jilidannya, dan halamannya, semua permukaannya terasa tepat dan nyaman. Dua jempol untuk kualitas bahan dan desain buku ini.⁣⁣

Selain itu, ilustrasi cat airnya juga sangat cocok dengan cerita, serta dengan karakter utama. Memberikan kesan boyish.

Sabio has finished his exam last week. And, he has already submitted all the remedial tasks on the 1st day of exam. So, these days holiday vibes are all around the house. He starts to read books more often. And a book like this is a saviour from the temptation of gadgets.

When Mom was a student, she had a ritual to lie down a lot on holiday, especially on December. As a homebody, TV, movies, food, pyjamas, blanket, coke, and books were the best entertainment. At that time, Sabio's grandma liked to buy children's storybooks. There was a set of seasonal Disney's storybook. And, December was the time to read the winter storybook.

Therefore, Mom will put this storybook at the place that is reachable by Sabio. It's always nice to read Disney's classic stories on holiday.

Not all of the 18 stories are familiar to Mom. For example, "The Adventures of Mr. Toad", "Manni the Donkey", and "Old Yeller". But, other stories like "Peter Pan", "Cinderella", "Alice in Wonderland", and "Bambi" has been read by her through years.

During the 'photoshoot', Sabio asked if he was allowed to read the book while Mom took his photos.



Sabio telah menyelesaikan ujiannya minggu lalu. Dan, dia sudah menyerahkan semua tugas perbaikan pada hari pertama ujian. Jadi, hari ini hawa liburan meliputi seisi rumah. Sabio mulai membaca buku lebih sering. Dan buku seperti ini adalah penyelamat dari godaan gadget.

Ketika Mama masih pelajar, dia punya ritual untuk banyak berbaring di hari libur, terutama pada bulan Desember. Sebagai anak rumahan, TV, film, makanan, piyama, selimut, minuman coke, dan buku adalah hiburan terbaik. Pada saat itu, nenek Sabio suka membeli buku cerita anak-anak. Ada satu set buku cerita musiman Disney. Dan, Desember adalah waktu untuk membaca buku cerita musim dingin.

Karena itu, Mama akan meletakkan buku cerita ini di tempat yang bisa dijangkau oleh Sabio. Selalu menyenangkan membaca cerita klasik Disney saat liburan.

Tidak semua dari 18 cerita itu familier bagi Ibu. Misalnya, "The Adventures of Mr. Toad", "Manni the Donkey", dan "Old Yeller". Namun, kisah lain seperti "Peter Pan", "Cinderella", "Alice in Wonderland", dan "Bambi" telah dibaca olehnya selama bertahun-tahun.

Selama 'pemotretan', Sabio bertanya apakah dia diizinkan membaca buku sementara Mama mengambil fotonya.
